Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid penalties.
Email confirmations will be sent immediately after booking, 48 hours prior, and a text reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize to charge the card on file in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. No-show or no-call will result in a 100% charge of the service amount. Late cancellation within the 24-hour grace period will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

By entering your credit card information, the user accepts a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service.

NO SHOWS will not able to book in the future and deposit will be forfeited •DO NOT book if you have a stye, pink eye, lice, feeling sick, have or have
been exposed to COVID. Please DO NOT wait until the last minute to communicate
with me if you have COVID or are sick.

LATE POLICY
10 minutes late = $10 fee Customers will be given a 15 minute grace period. If the client exceeds the grace period, the appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. maybe I’ll be willing accommodate if you text me ahead of time. If you want to reschedule, is it necessary to pay the remainder of your appointment fee?

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us, we want you to be satisfied with our service and your experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results or anything, please contact us within 3 days so we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.
