Before treateament
Before your waxing appointment
Please leave at least three weeks of re-growth before making your appointment to achieve best results after treatment.
- During the week prior to your appointment please prepare the area you wish to be waxed by exfoliating it.
- Do not apply any creams/lotions on the area to be treated on the day of your appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately we would have to reschedule your appointment
After your waxing appointment
Keep the waxed area clean, and avoid heat during the next 24-48 hours. This means:
- No hot baths or showers.
- No saunas, hot tubs or steam treatments.
- No tanning (sunbathing, sunbeds or fake tans).
- Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools.
- Do not apply deodorants, body sprays, powders, lotions or other products to the area. Please do not shave between your appointments.
- We recommend regular waxing every 4-6 weeks to maintain a smooth appearance.
I have been going to Gia's since 2019 to do my eyelash lift and tint, I used to live closer to her but I don't mind driving 30 minutes to get to her since I love her work. She is one of the rare one to offer a keratin option in the area. The space is great I almost fell asleep laying down in soft covers with reiki music and her gentle work. What I like is that you know who you will be dealing with as she is the one to take care of you giving a reliable and constant service. I used to love another salon on the beach but the personnel keeps on rotating and the quality of service as well. I will be back don't hesitate to contact her directly when Groupon promotions are ongoing so she can give you the same price without having to pay a commission... She deserves it and so do you!
